Lots of grass, but boy does it undulate. Fast at
the start and a killer at the end of the race. No problem with tyres what ever
the weather. Not as easy as the terrain looks. |

Home track of the Numplumz Team From the A14 take
the Corby A6116 junction, then take the 2nd right following the Aldwinkle then
Wadenhoe signs From Peterborough direction leave the A605 at the RH Lilford
turn and take the 2nd left to Wadenhoe
The entrance is on the approach
to the village from the East, the small track to the church and river on the
right. If approaching from Peterboro via Lilford turn then go through the
village and take the LH turn to Aldwinkle and the entrance will be on your
Left. P.S. The pub by the river is great for sitting out at on a hot summers
eve and only 200 yards away from the track.
Easy acces from the A14
junction 12 - Corby/Thrapston Turn off the A6116 Thrapston to Corby road at the
signposts for Aldwinkle. Turn left at the T junction dir: Wadenhoe. The
Entrance is on the Right through a field gateway(easy to miss) The event is not
in the village itself. |
