From the M1 head for Daventry from Junc 16,
Approach Daventry on the A45. Turn onto the Eastern Daventry Bypass (A425),
which is the first roundabout as you approach the town. See that big hill with
TV masts on you can see, thats where you are heading. At the next roundabout
Take the 3rd Exit alongside the Industrial estate,(garage on hill side) and
follow the road for @200 metres. take the Borough hill access road on the Left
(1st left) then parking is at the Parking/Picnic sign on the map. Be carefull
of overhead barriers if your bikes are on the roof.
From the North of
Daventry follow the Eastern ring road (A425) to the A45 and look out for the
hill. go across the huge roundabout onto a small section of dual carraigeway.
Over the next mini-roundabout (leisure lakes access here on Right) and at the
next roundabout take the first exit. Entry is on the Right as above. |
